All you have to do is create a Qatar Airways Privelege Club account. You can link that account to British Airways, et voilà.
Qatar Airways has a partnership with JetBlue. While Avios cannot be redeemed for JetBlue award flights, Avios can be earned on paid JetBlue flights. For Mint class bookings with fare codes J, C, D, and I, 125% of miles flown can be earned.
