1. What is SWISS Senses

SWISS Senses is the new SWISS cabin concept. It has been introduced in autumn of 2025.

It features a full redesign of SWISS’s long-haul cabins across all classes: First, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy. The refreshed interiors take inspiration from Switzerland’s landscapes, architecture, and natural beauty, using a warm, muted color palette including claret, anthracite, and beige to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere onboard.

Business Class

In Business Class, similar to the Lufthansa Allegris cabin, you have 5 different seat types, like for example extra-long or extra-privacy seats.

First Class

The Loft

In First Class, SWISS has even introduced a new Grand Suite concept, where the three suites in the first row (1A and 1D/E) can be transformed into one large private loft-style space in the sky.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Swiss planes are equipped with the Senses Cabin?

Two A350-900

When will all Swiss long haul planes be equipped with the Senses cabin?

The new SWISS Senses cabins will first appear on A350-900s, with deliveries scheduled between mid-2025 and the end of 2027. After that, the airline will begin updating its Airbus A330-300 fleet, starting in the winter 2025–2026 season, so the first revamped A330s should be flying early 2026.

As for the Boeing 777-300ERs, there’s no confirmed timeline yet, but it’s unlikely we’ll see any reconfigured 777s before late 2026.

SWISS aims to have the entire long-haul fleet outfitted with the new cabins by 2028, though that target might be very optimistic.
