Air France takes delivery of its first A350
Today Air France has taken delivery of its first A350-900. This is the first out of a total order of 28.
It has a three-class layout with 324 seats including 34 full-flat business, 24 premium economy and 266 economy class seats.
Business class
Same as United Airlines Polaris, Air France has the Zodiac Optima seats in business class on their A350.
The seats convert into a 200cm lie-flat bed and come equipped with a new 18.5″ HD touchscreen and, in the case of the center seats, they also come with a center partition for extra privacy.
WiFi
The Air France A350-900 comes fully equipped with high-speed WiFi and 3 different packages will be available.
- “Message Pass”. This comes free of charge, and is good for sending and receiving messages
- “Surf Pass” .This costs between €3 and €18, to surf the internet and send/receive emails.
- “Stream Pass” . This costs €30 and gives passengers access to high-speed internet, streaming and downloads, as well as all the benefits of the Surf and Message passes.

Bottom line
The new Air France business class seats on the A350s look really good.
They will be a big improvement compared to other Air France business class seats with angled flat seats.
