Location & Access
The Asiana Business Lounge Seoul is located right behind the security check in Terminal 1. It serves as a lounge for the Star Alliance Carriers as well as for British Airways, Emirates, Ethiad, Qatar and some other airlines. You will also have access as a Star Alliance Gold member as well as oneworld emerald.
Food & Drinks
In terms of drinks, soft drinks, beer and wine are available on a self-service desk. The beer from the tap however was out of service on both desks. The variety of spirits is mediocre as you can see in the picture.
The food selection is below average. Some chips and crackers, a small salad buffet as well as two hot dishes and a soup are available at the self-service desk. On the plus side, one sort of pasta was freshly prepared by a staff member on request.
Seating options
The lounge has a proper look and is in a good overall shape.
More than enough seating options are available. The lounge is divided into two parts, and sofas, table chairs, high chairs and even massage chairs are available. As you can see, seats at the windows have a nice view overlooking the tarmac.
Other Services
Showers as well as a small business corner are available in the lounge. WiFi is free of charge and the usual variety of magazines is provided.
Conclusion
The Asiana business lounge is certainly not one of the best lounges in terms of food and drinks. Nevertheless the lounge is decent to relax for some time before your flight as plenty of seating options are available.
