JetBlue TrueBlue Status Match: Match to Mosaic and Enjoy Exclusive Perks

JetBlue is offering a Status Match campaign for frequent flyers with Alaska, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Frontier, Southwest, Spirit and United Airlines.

Eligible members can match to Mosaic 1 or 2 status for a three-month period, enjoying a variety of exclusive benefits.

How to renew or level up your Mosaic Status after 3 months

To maintain or level up your Mosaic status, earn “tiles” by spending with JetBlue. You earn 1 tile for every $100 spent:

  • Mosaic 1: 10 tiles
  • Mosaic 2: 25 tiles
  • Mosaic 3: 40 tiles

To maintain Mosaic 1 status, you need to spend at least $1,000 on JetBlue flights or $10,000 with a JetBlue credit card.

JetBlue’s usual status requirements:

  • 50 tiles = Mosaic 1
  • 100 tiles = Mosaic 2
  • 150 tiles = Mosaic 3
  • 250 tiles = Mosaic 4

 

How to Apply

To apply for the match, you’ll need a TrueBlue account and a screenshot of your current status. If applying for Mosaic 2, you’ll also need a ticket showing your name and status.

The status match is available for U.S. residents only, and processing can take up to four weeks.

Terms and Conditions of this status match:

  1. To be eligible, applicants must successfully complete and submit the application in its entirety.
  2. JetBlue reserves the right to decline acceptance of any application for reasons, including, but not limited to, suspicion of abuse, fraud, wrongdoing or misuse, or if the applicant is not in good standing with JetBlue.
  3. JetBlue reserves the right to request additional documentation from an applicant in order to verify eligibility prior to accepting an application.
  4. To be eligible for the status match offer, applicant must be a current TrueBlue member in good standing and a current Delta Medallion Elite Member, United Premier Elite Member, American AAdvantage Elite Member or Alaska MVP Elite Member (each an “Elite Member”).
  5. To be eligible for a status match, the applicant’s first and last names on their other airline and JetBlue frequent flier accounts must exactly match.
  6. Status match offer is only valid for an Elite Member who has qualified for such status via flight or card activity. Matched, transferred, or promotional elite status is not eligible for a JetBlue Mosaic status match.
  7. Once application is approved, JetBlue reserves the right to revoke participant’s status match and any associated benefits upon a determination, at JetBlue’s sole discretion, of abuse, fraud, wrongdoing or misuse.
  8. If the following challenge is completed within three (3) months of the date that a participant is awarded their Mosaic Status Match, the participant will maintain status through the end of the following calendar year, which will be reflected in the participant’s account 4 weeks after the end of the challenge period. Matched status and associated perks, including TrueBlue points issued, if applicable, will expire after three (3) months if the challenge is not successfully completed. This challenge may be successfully completed by participant earning and receiving the required number of tiles to maintain their status, as indicated in Paragraph 9, below.
  9. To achieve Mosaic 1 status through the following calendar year through this challenge, participants who are matched into any level of Mosaic status must earn and receive 10 tiles within three (3) months of the date that they awarded their Mosaic status match. To achieve Mosaic 2 status through the following calendar year through this challenge, participants who are matched into any level of Mosaic status must earn and receive 25 tiles within three (3) months of the date they are awarded their Mosaic Status. To achieve Mosaic 3 status through the following calendar year, participants must earn and receive 40 tiles within three (3) months of being awarded their Mosaic Status Match. Tiles may be earned for this promotion in only three ways: 1) Travel Spend tiles, 2) Card Spend tiles, 3) purchased bonus tiles. Tiles earned via any other method within the TrueBlue program, including but not limited to tiles that are gifted from another TrueBlue member (such as the Gift a 20-Tile Bonus), or tiles that are selected by the participant via the 20-tile bonus, are not eligible toward requalification of Mosaic status under this promotion.
  10. All tiles related to flight activity must be earned and deposited to a participant’s TrueBlue account within three (3) months of the date the status match is granted to be eligible towards required tile threshold. Tiles are earned on travel spend after a customer flies. As a reminder, tiles are earned on flight activity only for the traveler, not the purchaser of the travel.
  11. Only flights operated and marketed by JetBlue are valid towards earning tiles eligible for this promotion. Customers must include their TrueBlue number in their JetBlue reservation to earn tiles.
  12. All tiles earned from JetBlue Card spend must post to the participant’s TrueBlue account within three (3) months of the date the status match is granted to be eligible towards the required tile threshold.
  13. Bonus tiles purchased through points.com will be only eligible towards the required threshold if purchased within three (3) months of the date the status match is granted to.
  14. Redemption bookings made with TrueBlue points will not receive any tiles.
  15. Except where superseded by the terms of this offer, the TrueBlue Terms and Conditions apply, including to the earning and accrual of tiles.
  16. Participants who are matched will not be eligible to select from the Mosaic Perks You Pick menu. Participants will automatically be granted a Mosaic perk selected by JetBlue. All Mosaic Perks You Pick will be valid until the status end date of 3 months after the initial status match. If the status challenge is successfully completed, the preselected perk end date will be extended for the length of Mosaic status. The Mosaic perk will be automatically awarded as follows: Mosaic 1 status matches will automatically receive Mint Suite Priority. Participants who are matched to Mosaic 2 will automatically receive both Mint Suite Priority perk and Pet Fee Waiver. Terms apply to the use of all Mosaic Perks You Pick.
  17. Existing Mosaic members who participate in this program and have not yet selected a perk from the Perks You Pick menu, or who match a Mosaic status level above their current Mosaic status level, will have their perk automatically selected as indicated above. If a selection has already been made from the Perks You Pick menu, such selection will not be overridden and existing Perks You Pick will remain unchanged with no new perk added.
  18. Customers who status match with TrueBlue now will not be eligible for another status match, if offered, for 24 months.
  19. Only valid for legal residents of the United States. JetBlue cards issued by Barclays are only available to U.S. residents, excluding territories.
  20. If approved, newly granted status will appear in participant’s TrueBlue account within 6 weeks of application.
  21. Upon completing the challenge, Mosaic status must expire before being re-granted within 4 weeks.
  22. This status match offer is subject to change or termination without notice. The offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
