Tokyo Airport Hotel with flight simulator in room

This is realy something for avgeeks, the Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu attached to terminal 2 at Tokyo Haneda airport has a soll called  “Superior Cockpit Room” with a full sized Boeing 737-800 flight simulator.

The price for that room is reasonable too:

•  90 minutes in the afternoon with an instructor for $277.
• The night in the room for a room rate of $233. Spending the night in the room will not allow all-night simulator use, since the simulator experience is only available with an instructor.

If you have a long layover on the airport this hotel room is perfect if you ever wanted to “fly” a 737 and kill some time.

90 minute bookings are only available 5 days in advance for either 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
