Hotel Review Jennys Schlössl Serfaus Beauty & Vital Hotel

Review Jennys Schlössl Serfaus in a Junior Suite in winter 2019 and revisit of the hotel in 2021.

Location

The hotel is located centrally in Serfaus in a quiet street only a 5 minutes walk

away from the main ski lift. Restaurants, bars and shops can be reached easily by foot.

Rooms

The rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. Junior suites in Jennys Schlössl Serfaus feature an entrance hall, a big bathroom with a walk in shower, a sleeping area with a double bed, a living area as well as a separate living room with an additional TV. Furthermore a balcony is available facing to the south-east. All other usual amenities as for example a safe and a fridge are available in the room. A backpack can be found in the room free of charge in case you need one for hiking or skiing.

Food & Drinks

We booked half board at the hotel, which included buffet style breakfast in the restaurant as well as a 4 course diner meal in the evening. In the afternoon some food is available on a daily basis free of charge at the bar.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious and of a very high quality, it was a pleasure eating here every evening. The food during the afternoon however was sometimes very good and sometimes just okay.

Staff

Besides of one ore two exception, staff was usually extremely friendly. Staff in the restaurant was very attentive while service at the bar was sometime a little bit slow as one person was responsible for the reception as well as the service at the bar. This however was definetly better the second time we stayed here.

Other amenities

A room to deposit and dry your ski and boots is available in the hotel. A small kids room and, for the size of the hotel, a rather small fitness room can also be found near the lobby.

The in-house spa in Jennys Schlössl Serfaus is simply beautiful. Located over 3 floors, you have the choice between numerous steam baths, saunas, whirlpools, relaxing rooms and even an infinity outdoor pool is available. Massages and treatments can be booked here as well. You can easily spent a whole afternoon here.

With the beautiful spa, the delicious food and the location near the ski lift combined with friendly staff, Jennys Schlössl Serfaus definitely deserves a PASS.
