That is the day you are heading back to Copenhagen.
Here for the minimum stay it means that you have to stay at least 6 days in BKK, or earliest on a Sunday. Which means you could also stay less than 6 days if you fly to BKK for example on a Friday and take the flight back (the turnaround) on Sunday.
