hi, thanks for the response. I called them today and they confirmed it is not the full flat 1-2-1 seat. Unfortunately it is a seat with some more space and wider, like some have premium in economy. Too bad, still a good deal I guess.

Are you sure this is the 1-2-1 full flat setup we see in the youtube review? The website does say Airbus A330-300 as plane type, but when you go to seat selection, it is a 2-2-2 setup. For this price and that fact, it looks more like this is not a full flat option for the long leg from Paris to Kigali.

Hi Maarten, I checked on their website, it says A330-200 for Brussels to Kiagli (with fuel stop in Paris). However, I did not go further to the seat selection.
