Miles and more: You can now transfer award miles between accounts

Miles and more is now offering the possibility to transfer up to 35’000 miles between any accounts for a fee.

For those of you not living in Germany, Austria or Switzerland and therefore not able to use the mileage pooling option, at least it is now possible to transfer up to 35’000 award miles between any accounts at Miles and More.

You have to pay 10€ for each chunk of 1’000 miles you transfer and the amount is capped at 35’000 miles per account.

This in of course not ideal, but if you are in need of just a couple of miles and/or your partner’s, friend’s or stranger’s miles expire soon, you have at least the opportunity to transfer those miles for a set fee.
