Uber helicopter transfer to JFK airport availabe

Uber offers its helicopter transfer to and from JFK International Airport to everyone now.

Uber Copter initially was only available to Platinum and Diamond members since July this year.

One suitecase, as well as an Uber car ride from your location to a helipad is included in your “ride”. At the airport another Uber driver will transfer you to your terminal.

The cost will roughly be 225$.

“The focus in the near term is to open this up to all riders, to demonstrate this vision of seamless connection between cars and helicopters,” says Eric Allison, head of Uber Elevate, the company’s flight business.
